How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address/phone number in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the return shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Do not send item(s) back through other means or without obtaining a return approval from us as your package may be sent back to you, we are not responsible for that.

 

What item(s) is returnable?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item(s) must be in its original condition.
  • Item(s) must be fully sealed and unopened.
  • Item(s) is not damaged or altered in any way.
  • Wrong or defective item(s) is delivered to you.

 

How do I can cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to support@healthimpaq.com requesting cancellation.
  • Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed by our warehouse.
  • We sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

Are there any charges for return?

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Shipping on returns is not free. You are responsible for all postage and packaging fees associated with your return.
  • Consider buying shipping insurance for your return, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s), your refund will not be approved if that happens.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, within 10 working days.

 

Do you offer exchange?

  • We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then initiate a return request by using the form above.
